We will keep this page updated with any news about further stock arriving.

We hope to be back sending internationally as soon as we can.

Please note that we ship out Monday to Friday.

At the moment when new stock arrives we are still working on a 2 day delivery service so that we can put all the stock on. All orders received after 2-3pm on Friday and over the weekend will be shipped on the Monday and your order will remain as pending till then.

Couriers are not guaranteeing next Day delivery due to high volumes so please expect a possible delay


We ship from the UK to Europe. 

(We do not ship to the Czech Republic or the Netherlands and Belgium as they have a seperate Schiit distributor, please contact Schiit US for further details.)

If you have not received an email with Tracking information then please check your spam folders and contact us if you still cannot locate the information.

If your order does not arrive within the time estimate on your order details then please contact us and we will check the tracking and do all we canto find your order.If for some reason this does then not arrive a few days after the latest estimate given, we will replace your order if possible.

You can nominate a work place address at point of ordering,If paying by Pay Pal, please add the address to your account and select this when paying

If you are not going to be in on the day of delivery, please select the DPD option and you can nominate a safe place yourself and fully track the parcels location and change delivery address etc.


Payment by Pay Pal

All orders paid for by Pay Pal must be delivered and signed for to the address in the Pay Pal account used for payment.Please add a guest address toyour account before paying if necessary

Please inform us if you need to change the delivery address for any reason.

UK Deliveries options.

DUE TO LOCKDOWNS  WE CAN NO LONGER GUARANTEE A NEXT DAY DELIVERY IN ANY AREA.

Please note that we cannot change the address on the order with Tracked 24 or leave anywhere like a porch or a shed.

We cannot leave a phone number, or instructions, for Royal Mail either.

If you know you are not going to be in please select DPD and nominate a change of address via their email system or a collection Point.DPD GIVE A DELIVERY OPTION WINDOW UPS DO NOT.

DPD UK and Tracked 24 are not a guaranteed next day service and a postage refund cannot be given if it does not arrive next day as delays can occur.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 - up to 5 Kg - Next business day (Not Guaranteed 96% next day)  2pm cut off.

Royal Mail Special Delivery - up to 2Kg (Next Day) 2pmcut off.

UPS - over 2 Kilos (Next Day.) 1pm cut off .

DPD UK  3pm cut off

DPD App available giving location of driver on delivery day and option to change delivery address if not in.

Saturday delivery UK only 

This is available to order between Thursday after 3pm and Friday 1pm.

Please ensure you select the correct option when ordering

DPD standard Saturday over 2 kilos.

A DPD timed delivery is available at an extra charge on request.

DPD Sunday delivery is available on request at an extra charge

We can even provide a same day delivery Service to some areas, if required.Cutoff 11am.

You will be informed of the delivery cost once you enter a valid deliveryaddress before your order is processed.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not ship to the Czech Republic.Belgium or The netherlands.

Please note that customers with a none Mainland address to areas like Canary Islands and Azores who select the mainland area instead of the correct offshore area will be subject to extra charges and long delays on their order.

Please be aware that increased security is causing some delays to some areas

DPD predict is available in the following countries

Austria,France,Croatia,Estonia,Germany

Hungary,Ireland,Latvia,Lithuania,Luxembourg,Netherlands,Poland

Portugal,Slovakia,Slovenia,Spain and Switzerland

This allows you to change the day,time or place of delivery.

We cannot book a delivery on a specific day or a Saturday to any address outside the UK.if this is a problem you can nominate a local Collection Point.

Cancellations.

We can accept cancellations on International orders that have not already been collected by the courier.

Cancelling an order after this will mean a charge, as we are charged for any recalls.Depending on the delivery address and the courier it may be better to return the order on delivery.

please contact us as soon as you know you want to cancel and we will advise you as to the best option.




DPD Standard Europe (2-7 working days) depending on area. 3pm cut off.Fully Tracked

UPS   (2-7 working days) 1pm cut off. Fully Tracked.

Express option is available in some areas via UPS only.

For your protection, a signature will be required on delivery.

Courier option may differ from that selected depending on availability.

 

 

Customs, Duties and VAT

If your delivery location is not in the EU please contact:-

Chris Dolbear at cs@schiit.co.uk and she will process your order.

VAT will be deducted, from the applicable UK rate for items exported to countries outside the European Union under certain circumstances.

All items are sold on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis, so recipients out sideof the EU may have to pay import duty or other taxes.

We cannot be held liable for any import duties payable on orders made and recommend that all customers make themselves aware any of such local charges before ordering.

We can also not be held liable should local customs officials decide to hold or confiscate items for any reason.

 

If you are not available to receive your parcel we do ask that you contact the carrier to rearrange delivery or collection, failure to respond may result in the return of the parcel to us and charges may incure.

We cannot replace/refund until the parcel arrives back with us.

We will do all we can to assist in its location.

A redelivery fee at cost may be charged.

Parcels with no delivery attempt made showing on the tracking will be replaced or refunded after a reasonable time has expired and all attempts at locating the parcel have been made.

If for some reason your choice of courier is not available or is showing a slower than quoted delivery date, we may send your order by another courier.We will keep you informed of any changes.

Please note that some countries for UPS delivery come under a remote surcharge list

If your location comes up as standard delivery, we will refund the difference to you as we cannot list all locations.

All prices on schiit.co.uk are in pounds sterling and include VAT, at the applicable UK rate.

Visitors to the UK (Shipping to Hotels)

If you are visiting the UK and would like your order delivered to your hotel please check the following:

    Call the hotel you are visiting and verify that they accept deliveries for hotel guests.

    Check that the booking at your hotel is made in your name (rather than in the name of a company or another visitor).

Important Note: If for any reason the hotel refuses the delivery and the item is sent back to us we reserve the right to charge for the cost of delivery and return to our warehouse

We offer FREE shipping to all BFPO addresses
